We all develop patterns in our lives. Whether it’s driving the same way to work every day or like me; I cut the grass in the same exact pattern every week. Some patterns or habits are really good. Like showering and brushing your teeth. However, not all patterns or habits are good for us. This time of year we start looking at the New Year and resolutions. If we start changing unhealthy patterns right now by the end of the year we will have already got our resolutions done. By waiting until the first of the year, we haven’t made the changes we need to make and that are why so many people never accomplish their New Year resolutions. So let’s start today on Black Friday.
