What is the first thing you think of when you wake up in the morning? Besides, I hope I make it to the bathroom… The first thoughts of your day are vital to your day. First thoughts set your focus for the day. They set the mode or the attitude for the day. So if you think negative thoughts first thing; you have already set your mind in a negative thought pattern. Reverse your thinking if that is the case. Begin your day with the most positive thoughts. Focus on the stuff that is going right. If you don’t think anything is going right; then focus on what you want to go right. Think about where you want to end up; not so much where you are, if that is the case.
